Return Policy - Aluminum Fence Sections & Gates are non returnable as they are tailor made to customers order. We accept returns only on standard items like solar caps, gate hardwares, tools fittings etc. All return items must be in their original packaging. There will be a re stocking fee of 25%. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to us. Return will only be excepted within 15 days after the product is delivered to the customers. All specially fabricated items or custom made products and special order items are non refundable. After 15 days, of receipt all product's buyer becomes responsible within the limitations of their specific warranties. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us.

Amount of refund - Shipping charges are not refundable. If the original shipping charge is indicated on your invoice, your refund will not include that shipping charge.

Refused shipments at time of delivery Orders that are refused at time of delivery where a shipping expense has been incurred by us, will be subject to no refund of the shipping charge to you and an additional charge for the shipping fee back to us. If for any reason you feel that a shipment is not acceptable, call us immediately at 718-847-3400 /800-628-8928. In cases of merchandise damaged by shipping carrier these shipping charges will be waived only, if a successful claim can be filed against the shipper with your assistance.

Special orders - Any order that is considered special fabrication is not returnable and therefore not refundable, unless the product is damaged or not built as ordered. This includes fences, gates, chain link fencing or fabric, ornamental fence, vinyl fence, chain link fences and any such custom fabrication work of any kind. Only products that are advertised as our standard product line can be accepted for returns.

Pricing Errors and Omissions - As we increase the number of items being offered on our site, the chance increases that an item may be shown with an incorrect price or errors. We work hard to avoid these errors, but they can happen. If we have made a mistake on an item you are wanting to purchase, we will attempt to honor that price if at all possible. Unfortunately there may be times when we cannot honor a wrong price and, therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
